We do much more than modular tyres!

reTyre is first and foremost a leading developer of production equipment and has developed manufacturing technologies that reduce emissions in tyre production by 82%, with a real potential to revolutionize the tyre industry. We are looking for you who have a very special ability to find solutions, are highly proficient in CAD and have a good technical understanding with the ability to work in a structured way.

As head of injection moulding at reTyre, you will be developing, implementing and supervising new ways to automatically produce eco-friendly tyres. You will be developing new, novel and cutting-edge machines, designing eco-friendly products and build the worlds most efficient tyre factory here in Norway which will produce the worlds first reusable, rubber-free tyres. You will be involved from concept phase all the way to implementation and supervision., and be our go-to person for all things injection moulding.

Responsibilities:

  • Take lead in the development and running of our first factory in Norway
  • Contribute to the development of new concepts and production technologies
  • Participate in various innovation projects in the company
  • Assist during the introduction of products in production at our own factory
  • Participate in development processes for innovative production technologies


Qualifications:

  • Work experience within Injection Molding
  • Relevant master's or bachelor's degree (engineer in product development, materials, design or electronics, etc.)
  • Solid CAD knowledge
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, solution-oriented and with a practical sense
  • Works well independently, but even better in teams
  • Desire to create good results
  • Efficient and impatient
