reTyre is growing fast and our operations are constantly expanding, resulting in increasing complexity and financial scope. 

reTyre is heading into an exiting growth phase which will include large investments into factories, ramp-up of organization and potential listing on the stock market. This provides many golden opportunities for an experienced CFO to shine, and we are looking for you who have been through such growth journeys previously. 

A CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management for growth companies ranging from simple accounting to broad investment operations and investor management. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command.

As our CFO you will be driving the company's financial planning and performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments. You will be deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks and maintaining investor relationships.

Your responsibilities:

• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
• Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
• Manage vendor relationships
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies

• overall responsibility for business reviews and reporting to shareholders, management and the board
• develop business plans, including forecasts / budgets and KPIs
• manage liquidity, including the working capital of the company, and ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
• develop relevant profitability analyzes
• actively participate in strategic decision-making processes and drive the business development of the company in collaboration with the management 
• central role in acquisition processes, also internationally
• overall responsibility for compliance and quality assurance
• overall responsibility for purchasing and purchasing processes.

Your qualifications:

The ideal candidate is ambitious, analytical and business-oriented with a strong desire to create results. To succeed in the position, you must like to take responsibility, be independent and run your own processes. You are able to have a holistic mindset for finances, while being able to be operational. It is emphasized that you have good communication skills both orally and in writing, and that you can challenge in situations
where necessary. You are a person with good relational skills. You will also like our culture if you are humble, down to earth and informal.

• higher economics education, MBA / MSc or equivalent
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably from an audit, consulting firm and / or a similar operational role.
• Previous experience as a CFO is not required, but you must have a good understanding of the role and "best practices".
