What can I expect from the job in 2023?
As our Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the coherence and accuracy of all sales reporting. You will play a central role in gathering relevant data and expressing it in a way that gives the company a clear view of the promises and commitments we have made. This includes but is not limited to collaborating with our sales team to track and document offers, agreements, and other sales activities. Your systematic and structured approach will ensure that the usual chaos surrounding sales processes is turned into a well-orchestrated symphony.

Who are you?
You possess several years of experience in a coordinating role, preferably within sales or a related department. Strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of sales processes and obligations are your trademarks. You are detail-oriented, solution-focused, and possess the capability to assume responsibility. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our sales department runs efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Reporting: Ensure the coherence and accuracy of all sales-related reporting.
- Data Management: Gather, manage, and present sales data in a structured and meaningful manner.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other relevant departments to ensure clear communication and understanding of all sales activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and work towards streamlining activities for optimal efficiency.
- Risk Management: Recognize potential discrepancies in sales data and commitments, and address them proactively.
- Training and Support: Assist in training the sales team on any new systems or processes that are implemented.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, or acquired expertise through work experience.
- Experience: Several years of experience in a coordination or sales support role.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of sales processes.
- Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Norwegian and other languages are a plus.

Who will my colleagues be?
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be a part of the Sales department. Reporting primarily to the Chief Commercial Officer, expect a close collaboration with all members of the sales team and other key personnel in the company.
