We’ve built the world’s first sustainable tire factory, right in the heart of Ski (15 min outside Oslo), and we are now looking for a skilled Operational Production Team Leader to join the team and drive our mission forward.
Our factory uses a revolutionary production method that makes it possible to replace traditional rubber in pneumatic tires with new, sustainable materials.

The role
This role will be responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of production, as well as managing the production line employees.
In addition, the role will be actively involved in the daily production to have hands on experience with machinery and production methods to be proactive in decision making and be an expert resource for the team.
You’ll work closely with your colleagues in Manufacturing, and also our R&D engineering team who build and refine a new global standard for tire production.
We currently operate on a 2-shift schedule:
- Morning: 08:00–16:00
- Evening: 15:00–23:00

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in leading the day-to day production, including:
- Leading and coordinating all daily production operations.
- Leading, developing, and managing the production team-members.
- Coordinate time and staffing schedules according to production plans.
- Resource allocation on work stations for optimized work-flows.
- Hiring, training, and further developing team members' skills.
- Quality control of products and work processes.
- Reporting on KPIs and other documentation.
- Developing and following up on HSE procedures.
- Operating machines in the production line.
- Adjusting machines for product changes.
- Reporting deviations, conditions, and improvement opportunities as well as solving relevant deviations.
- Machine maintenance.
You will also have the opportunity to get experience and contribute in major development initiatives in 2026 — automation, new machinery, process optimization, and ongoing improvement projects we have planned for the upcoming period.

Who We’re Looking For
You are experienced in a Manufacturing/Production and feel confident entering this role with your exsisting skillsets. You find it motivating to be a part of a Company's journey going from startup to scaleup, that offers a different kind of environment than other typical traditional manufacturing companies offer.
Your qualifications
- Have minimum 3 years of experience as an operational team lead, shift -or middle manager within industrial and physical product production.
- Can demonstrate successful outcomes in a similar position.
- Handy and has experience with using a variety of handtools.
- Hands-on experience from physical goods production.
- Are formally educated within relevant field of industrial production, which is a plus but not required if you have other relevant experience.
- Have experience with larger, automated machines such as injection molding or CNC machines.
- Possess technical skills in machinery and have a hands-on approach.
- Hold a Class B driver’s license.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken) as this is our primary work language.
- Good IT literacy, familiar with use of computers, control panels on machinery and production software.
- Have experience with proactive HSE work.
